Company Profile
Founded in 2007, RSIN Group is a diversified industrial group with operations across Asia and Africa, covering manufacturing, metal smelting, new energy, logistics and resource development.
Neway is a core subsidiary of RSIN Group and a Nigeria-based energy company serving markets across West and Central Africa. Established in 2019, the company operates from the RSIN Industrial Park near Port Harcourt and has developed an integrated local business system covering manufacturing, market development, sales, technical support, after-sales service and resource recycling.
Rooted in Africa, Neway combines RSIN Group’s industrial expertise with strong local market insight, supporting distributors, project partners and corporate customers through localized teams and a growing regional network.

2021
Business structure upgraded; injection molding factory begins supplying battery shell components while expanding daily-use product lines.

Assembly plant realized diversified product production, covering mainstream automotive models in the market and further expanding business depth.

Carton factory officially put into production, comprehensively improving packaging quality.
