Q What should I do if the fan is not working?
First check the red battery master switch on the back or bottom of the fan. You also need to press the power button on the fan head, then tap the speed +/- buttons to activate airflow. After that, double-check the power connection and battery level. If the issue still exists, please contact our support team for assistance.
Q What is the maximum timer setting?
Up to 4 hours, cycles between 1/2/3/4 h / cancel.
Q How can I maintain the battery for long-term use?
Turn off the battery master switch when the fan is idle. For long-time storage, charge the battery once every 3 months. Regular usage is recommended to prolong the battery lifespan.
Q What are the fan’s airflow range and oscillation angle?
At full power and maximum speed, the airflow can reach up to 5 meters. Its horizontal swing angle is within 90 degrees.
